I used my Ikon Pass quite a bit this season, and I was genuinely surprised by how manageable the lift lines were. Even on a few busy weekends, I never felt totally overwhelmed or stuck waiting forever. There were definitely a couple of waits here and there, but nothing that ruined the mood. It made the whole experience feel so much calmer and way more enjoyable.

I actually read the refund policy before buying my pass, and wow, I was weirdly relieved. Like, why was I expecting some tiny-print legal trap? But nope, it was clear, fair, and didn’t make me feel like I needed a lawyer and a magnifying glass. Plans change, life gets chaotic, so knowing exactly what to expect is a huge deal. No drama, no surprise nonsense, just straightforward rules. 5 stars from me

I was able to use the discount without too much trouble, which was nice. It showed up easily during checkout, and the whole process was simple enough. I did save a little on my pass, so I’m happy about that, but it wasn’t a huge amount or anything. Still, better than paying full price.

Ikon Pass has been fine for me overall , but dealing with the family account was more of a hassle than I expected . Adding my kids and figuring out who had which pass took way too many clicks . A few things were also harder to find than they should be , and I had to log back in a couple times . It gets the job done , but I really wish it was smoother for families .

Some of the resorts were really nice and worked out well for us, but a few felt kind of limited. Like, they were fine, but there just wasn’t as much to do or choose from as I was hoping.

Planning trips with friends was easier too since people had options, and nobody was stuck on just one place. Oh, but definitely check the details because not every resort is unlimited, which I almost forgot about at first. Still, overall, the variety makes it feel really worth it

Overall, I thought the pass was good and worth using. The only downside was that weekends were booked out a little too often, which is tricky because that’s when most people actually have time to go. If you can plan ahead or use it during the week, it’s a solid option.
